FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Welcome to the course!
Section 1 of 1
To become a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida, you must score at least 75% on the 100-question Florida State Licensing Exam. Before taking the state exam, you must complete the required Florida 63 Hour Sales Associate Course through a state-approved school — like ours. Our course is built with 20 focused chapters, each reinforced with quizzes to lock in the knowledge. At the end, you’ll take a 100-question End-of-Course Exam, also requiring a 75% passing score — mirroring the state exam so there are no surprises. Here’s the part people love: if you don’t finish the course, you don’t pay. Once you pass the End-of-Course Exam and officially qualify for the Florida State Exam, you simply pay $199 for your certificate — then head straight to the testing center while the material is still fresh and firing in your mind.
