FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
The Real Estate Business
Section 4 of 17
Marketing is the lifeblood of the real estate business, as it is the mechanism by which licensees generate inventory (listings) and attract potential buyers. A licensee must know how to effectively present a property to the marketplace to maximize its exposure, which includes professional staging, photography, and utilizing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Furthermore, successful marketing requires compliance with all legal requirements to ensure that all promotional activities are ethical and lawful while effectively connecting willing buyers with motivated sellers.
