FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Property Rights
Section 20 of 28
To sell a Co-op, you sell your stock. Co-op boards are famous for being strict. They can interview buyers and reject them for almost any reason (except discrimination against protected classes), because they are technically approving a new "business partner" in the corporation.Just like condos, buyers of new Co-ops have a cancellation period (15 days for new/developer sales and 3 days for resales) to review the complex corporate documents.
